Hospitality Team
This team offers a welcoming environment from the parking lot to the worship experience. Greeters, Ushers, Information, and Parking Lot teams work together to provide a warm and welcoming greeting as guests arrive.
Children’s Team
Volunteering in the Radiant Kids Ministry is a very rewarding experience. It involves a range of activities such as holding babies, teaching children about the word of God, and ensuring their safety at all times. The opportunity to share your skills, patience, and love with the next generation is a privilege that should not be missed. You have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
Production Team
This team is responsible for capturing the worship and teachings during services, which are then broadcast to the world. Provide tech support to the worship team, and assist sound engineers when needed. We offer training and schedule flexibility. The key strengths required for this team are attention to detail, focus, and the ability to follow the director’s instructions.
Sound Team
Sound engineers are essential for the church experience. They arrive before the worship team and start the process. This team primarily stays in the booth to ensure that everything sounds great during the main worship experience.
Worship Team
When worship leaders, band members, and stage crew work together to worship Jesus, they create a powerful and transformative experience for the entire congregation. Each person’s unique contribution plays an essential role in elevating the spiritual connection with our Savior. It’s the partnership with the lead pastor that makes this special team so unique and important.
